DALE SPARKS COLLECTION - QUINCY WILSON RUN, MIAMI (UNFRAMED)
This astonishing play and show of willpower and strength took place in 2003. WVU played 3rd ranked Miami Hurricanes in a Big East showdown. West Virginia needed to score fast. Rasheed Marshall took the snap and threw a screen to Wilson. Wilson broke a tackle and took off down the sideline. Halfway down the sideline, Wilson knocked down Miami's Brandon Meriweather and jumped over him while staying in bounds to score. Despite West Virginia's loss in this game, "The Run" remains in the hearts of Mountaineer fans everywhere as an embodiment of West Virginia spirit. 20x24" photograph.
